1. By registering with the Service, users consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of 29 August 1997 Data Protection and the Law of 18 July 2002 on Electronic Service Delivery with subsequent amendments.

2. The registered User has the right to access his own personal data and the right to correct it and demand its removal. In order to remove them, please contact the Operator via e-mail at eepap@iam.pl, providing a link to the appropriate user profile or use the appropriate options for Registration Form.

3. The operator uses the latest security technology for personal information. Confidentiality of data within the range of PN_I_02000: 2002 3.1.084: User Data is stored in a database using an intrinsic authentication and authorization of all attempts to access the data. Access to the database server (back end) have only the application servers of the system, which in turn are protected by standard techniques (DMZ front-end reverse proxy security mechanisms). The data are not protected during transmission over the Internet.
